Merchandise may be returned for refund or exchanged within 14 days of the ship date. After 14 days have gone by we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If an item is returned to us without notice that does not meet the requirements for return or exchange it will be returned to the customer without notice.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. Please note on your receipt or packing list if you would like a refund or exchange and also what size is desired. If the size you want is not available then a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
Gift cards, Worn or Used Items, Sale items, Items sold more than 14 days prior.
Receipt or Packing List required for return. In store purchases may be returned for in store credit only.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original form of payment with 3-10 business days after receipt.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be returned. Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of the return.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item unless informed otherwise. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Bastillion's is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows delivered by the post office and your package has not been received first check with the post office. If tracking shows delivered you may then make a claim with USPS.
Depending on where you live and the postal service we use, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you will vary.
